Shipping and Return


All in stock orders will ship in 7 days.

We offer USPS and UPS shipping. Shipping cost are calculated at checkout. 

We currently only ship within United States. 


We offer 30 day money back guarantee. You can return your NON-DEFECTIVE purchase within 30 days of RECEIVING the product. Please email us and get a RMA. We will also email you a prepaid shipping label to send the item back. 

Items returned must be UNUSED and UNWORN in their original package. If the items are not returned in the resale condition, the package will be refused or charged up to 20% of restocking fee. 

You will be responsible for the original shipping and the return shipping will be deducted from refund. 

Defective Item Return and Exchange

Please email us to get a RMA for defective item. We will email you a prepaid label to send the item back. Please refer to warranty page for more information. 

Damage, Lost and Stolen Package

Please contact us within 5 days if the item arrived damaged or stolen. A claim must be filed with either USPS, UPS or Route to get your reimbursement. 

In the case where the package stays in the last updated location for more than a week. Please let us know and we will file a lost in transit claim for you. 

A claim usually takes about 7-14 days to complete. In the meantime, we will not be able to replace or issue refund. 

We highly recommend purchasing Route shipping insurance. Their claims usually settle in 1-2 business days and send refund directly to your PayPal or original payment method. 


Please note: products sent back without RMA will be rejected.
